What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This is a fairly all-rounded HR position, not a narrow one. Expect to be involved in:
- Handling recruitment from start to finish, plus onboarding new hires

- Assisting with payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Making sure everything stays aligned with UAE Labour Law and internal policy
- Planning and running employee engagement initiatives
- Helping coordinate training sessions and performance reviews

What They’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or something similar
- 2–5 years of HR experience, specifically within the UAE
- Background in F&B or hospitality is a plus (not always mandatory, but helpful)
- Solid communication skills — written and verbal
- A working understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Comfort with everyday HR operations and documentation
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, HRMS, or similar ERP tools is a bonus
- Ability to join on short notice or immediately
