What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the capability development team — making sure training needs are identified and addressed in line with what the business actually needs day to day. You’ll also be responsible for keeping training records accurate, organized, and up to date, so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree (a PG Diploma or PG Degree would be a nice bonus)
- A Train the Trainer certification — this one’s a must
- BICS Certification is preferred
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain things clearly and confidently
- A genuine track record of delivering training that works
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Candidates who can join right away — whether you’re on a visit visa, have a cancelled visa, or are currently serving your notice period — will be given priority
